Performances take place October 24, 27 & 30 and November 2, with a renowned cast including tenor Giuseppe Gipali in the title role, Mª Jose Siri as Elisabetta de Valois, Daniela Barcellona as La Princesse Eboli, Juan Jesus Rodríguez as the Marquis di Posa, and Orlin Anastassov as Philippe II. This Giancarlo del Monaco-staged production also features the Malandain Ballet Biarritz, with Zanetti leading the Bilbao Orkestra Sinfonikoa and Coro de Ópera de Bilbao.
