Massimo Zanetti said of the appointment, “I am honoured and proud to be appointed as the new Music Director of the Gyeonggi Philharmonic. The Gyeonggi Philharmonic’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jae-hoon Chung, adds: “Gyeonggi Philharmonic needs a conductor of world-class calibre and sensibility, therefore I am thrilled and delighted that Maestro Massimo Zanetti will be taking up the position of Music Director.
